 The tranquility of the park is superb. A very quite and peaceful community ideal for retirees and senior citizens. We have several mobile units in the park and it's rented at this time.  It's a very affordable rent intended to help the Senior citizens. It's in a very close proximity to Albertson Shopping Center, To the Police Station, Fire Department and other Businesses. I love to live and retire here someday, I enjoy Fishing and love all the other activities close by.

 If you are old you don't need a Big House to live . You just need a peaceful comfortable place close to everything that you need. "Life with Love" The worst part of life is waiting. The best part of life is having someone worth waiting for.

 My Mother and Brother live in this very comfortable community. I wanted to live and retire here someday. My plan is to rent the Front portion of the House in Hawaii. The Back House as my Vacation House and retreat House in Hawaii in case I get bored in California. Our family have a Total of Six Homes in this Community.

   Real State is another way to help and make some extra money. That's the reason We Purchased several Rental Homes. It's intended to make some money and at the same time to help the Senior Citizen cope up with the harsh economy at this time.
